Maintenance and updating of inventory management software; Drafting and updating of procedures; Follow-up of support request tickets; Proposal of projects and systems improvement; Creation of user guides; Project deployment; User and trainer support.
Education level: Diploma of college studies or equivalent (DEC)
Years of experience related to the job: an asset
Description of skills: Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written; Ability to document procedures; Aptitude in project management and user support; Use of the Office Suite; Ability to learn new systems (LumberTrack and other software); Comfortable with computer terminology; Valid driver's license and automobile for factory visits; Good knowledge of management of ERP, production or accounting systems; Knowledge of LumberTrack an asset.

The company’s LumberTrack production software and other secondary systems are industry specific. Previous experience with these tools will be considered an asset but is not essential. You will be trained internally to master key software and processes.
