This position is deemed as a physical exertion and thereby, operators must be fit and able to fulfill the physical capacities of the position.
Rate: As per the Collective Agreement
The duties and responsibilities of the position are as follows:
• Committed to a top performance in a safe work environment.
• High School diploma (grade 12) or equivalent
• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or an industrial environment is an asset.
• Accountable and dependable
• Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business.
